Lisa and David’s wedding this past weekend at the Boiler House reminded me all over again, how there’s always a way to add your own special twist to a venue and it’s never the same twice.

If you’ve never been there, The Boiler House has certain distinct features. The two story feature, with the upper lever overlooking the lower. The wooden cubbies that separate the lower dining hall from the bar, the bridge of sorts that offers the most interesting of vantage points for the head table.

A fresh contemporary feel was the choice of theme for Lisa and David. Floating candles aglow in square glass with crisp white orchids as the main feature.

The bridal bouquet hinted the arrival of spring with white tulips mixed amongst luxurious callas and green orchids.

The white orchids sheaths carried by the bridemaids transferred over into an inspiring tablescape once they were back at the reception.
